The History of a Family Business

Started by Charles Rocknak in 1955 in New Jersey, "Rocknak's Yacht Basin" was later relocated to Maine by his son Bill Rocknak, who continues to work at Rocknak's Yacht Sales today with his wife Cindy.

Bill and Cindy are joined by their oldest son Scott, who sold his first boat at Rocknak's at the age of 9 and who is a familiar face at Rocknak's year round, managing sales and service. Besides maintaining a large part of Rocknak's client base, Scott has an advanced knowledge of all things mechanical and technical, as well as an in depth understanding of electronics and computer based equipment.

Don't be surprised to see Scott's daughter Stryker (6) on-site at Rocknak's as well – presumably training for her first boat sale in 2010.
