Winter Storage Services

Please visit our new specially designed 5,000 sq. ft. heated indoor storage bay. Energy effecient to an R factor of 30, the building can nestle your boat as if it were in your living room. Our heated facility has a radiant floor, natural light during the day and up to 50 candle power during those stormy winter days when we're servicing your boat .

If your boat has varnished exterior components, requires refurbishing, is for sale, detailed paint work, or has complex liquid cooled machinery, the heated bay is ideal. The floor is cement, the ceiling is finished, the walls are dust resistant, and most importantly – there are no birds roosting in the rafters!

Also available, on a limited basis, is a non-heated and partially heated storage bay.

Outdoor storage is available, too, at competitive rates. We offer full winterization and shrink-wrap services. Electric power and water for fall and spring work can be made available.
